Wistron is a smartphone ODM (part of Blackberry previously). It designs and manufactures Android and Windows based smartphones. My primary focus is to drive the carrier certification/technical acceptance processes such as AT&T 10776, Verizon, 3GPP PTCRB/GCF for LTE smartphones.

·   Managed and Successfully completed 3 Android LTE smartphones though pre-CAT and formal AVL Lab AT&T certification and technical acceptance testing. 

·   Created and maintained the AT&T10776 test plans for smart phone devices; executed these plans using Anite, Spirent and R&S testing systems. Some of the devices have multiple SKUs for NA, EU and rest of world Android and Windows versions. 

·   Created and executed the 3GPP, PTCRB and GCF test plans.

·   Managed and maintained AT&T 13289 and other formal certification document specifications for a number of LTE devices.
